We recently had a customer in San Francisco call in reference to motorized roller shades. They wanted a quality product, but didn’t want to break the bank. Recently, a new motor was developed for in-home applications. It’s battery-powered and rechargeable. The motor is the quietest battery motor on the market. As an added bonus, it’s controlled by remote. The client chose the Century motor with 5-channel remote to control their Century roller shades with a 3% openness factor. The motorized shade comes with exposed roll option, cassette option, or cornice.
