I couldn’t be happier with both the product and service of Blinds & Designs. From advice in the showroom to perfect measurements and an amazing installation team. I am particularly impressed as my project took place during the Covid 19 shutdown and David, the owner was personally keeping me up to date and helped me select an additional window covering by pictures and emails. Susan, our scheduler kept me informed as dates for installation changed due to the shut down. Dan, my installer, helped me get my app set up. Not only is the product high quality and attractive but the help with selecting the right product to create window coverings to provide our floating home with a perfect balance for us to take advantage of our spectacular views but provide privacy when needed. What a great team! I am happy to recommend Blinds & Designs for any home.

I will give an extra star because the blinds themselves (at least the ones that have been installed) seem nice and they are friendly, but this has to be the worst ran company I have ever dealt with. There is a total lack of communication between anyone in the company. We have had nothing but problems trying to get the blinds correctly installed. There has been a constant stream of parts that they forgot to order, ordering the wrong parts, agreeing to install something a certain way and then when the installers come they were never told and don't have the needed parts or equipment. We ordered our blinds in early November and still (June) don't have everything installed. I realize COVID put a delay on everything but we are talking about a 1,000 sq ft condo not a huge house. I think people came out for measurements 2 or 3 times and the installers have been out three times (each time requiring us to take time off of work) and by their own admission things are still continually incorrect. They are friendly, but it is just total incompetence. When both the installer and designer say what they just installed looks bad, you know you have problems.

Was only there for a few minutes to make a few inquiries about a future project, but the associate on duty was very attentive and helpful and even went online do a little research for me. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but they do have some nice options for interior shutters

I had blinds installed by another hunterdouglas dealer. I had problems with the installation. The other dealer never fixed them, despite having her install person come out several times. I finally got hunterdouglas to agree to pay Blinds&Designs to come to my house to assess and fix the blinds. Phone calls to Blinds&Designs were answered by courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional sales people. David, the owner, came out to assess the issues. The installer came out to fix the issues. I am very pleased with the professionalism, customer service, knowledge and experience from Blinds&Designs.

Great products and service! David came by my place and worked with me to pick a size and color for my shades. I received a quote next day, and they rushed my order for me. They respected my work schedule and coordination with Susan for installation was very easy. Steve came by on a Saturday and installed everything in half an hour. The whole process was just a breeze!

Great customer service from Blinds & Designs for two of our large skylights with Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades they installed 7 years ago. One of the shades split one month out of warranty, and they replaced both shades at no cost to us, as the frame had changed and they wanted them to match - all done within a few weeks of our call to them. They have been great responding to minor repair calls over the years for both the honeycomb shades and the beautiful wooden shades they installed in our master bedroom. First rate company in our book!
