After the tumultuous years we’ve gone through, both in the United States and around the world, the Pantone Color Institute responded with the PANTONE Peach Fuzz 13-1023. The color experts call it a “heartfelt peach hue bringing a feeling of kindness and tenderness, communicating a message of caring and sharing, community and collaboration.” The company adds that it is “poetic and romantic…with a vintage vibe” and that it “has been refashioned with a contemporary ambiance.”

For over two decades, Pantone has named a color of the year. In 1963, the company created the Pantone Matching System, a proprietary system used in a variety of industries—such as printing, graphic design, fashion design, and home décor—to manage colors.
