Window Covering Sales Representative

Blinds & Designs is looking for an experienced Window Covering Sales Representative to join our team. We are seeking someone professional, motivated, and customer-focused who has a strong understanding of window coverings and enjoys helping clients find the right products for their home or business.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in window covering sales, including products such as blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, motorized shades, and related window treatment solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with customers in the showroom and/or at in-home consultations
  • Measuring windows and discussing product options with clients
  • Preparing quotes and following up with potential customers
  • Explaining product features, benefits, timelines, and installation expectations
  • Working with the operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintaining strong communication with clients from consultation through project completion
  • Building relationships and helping generate repeat and referral business

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of window covering sales experience required
  • Knowledge of blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and motorized products preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to measure accurately and pay close attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Self-motivated with the ability to follow up and close sales
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
